INTRODUCTION TO JUNGIAN DREAMWORK

What Your Dreams May Be Trying To Show You

Dreams often speak in symbols, emotions, images, and patterns that can reveal parts of ourselves we do not fully see during everyday life.

You may notice certain dreams repeating.
Certain emotions lingering after you wake up.
Or symbols and experiences that stay with you long after the dream has ended.

This workshop is an introduction to understanding dreams through a grounded Jungian perspective so you can begin building a more meaningful relationship with your inner world.

ARE YOU READY TO BEGIN LISTENING TO YOUR INNER WORLD IN A DIFFERENT WAY?

This is a space for women who want to better understand themselves through the language of dreams, reflection, symbols, and unconscious patterns.

Dreamwork is not about predicting the future or finding one “correct” interpretation.

It is about learning how the unconscious mind communicates through images, emotions, relationships, tension, symbols, and recurring experiences that often mirror what is happening beneath the surface of our everyday lives.

Many women spend years overthinking their lives while overlooking the deeper emotional truths quietly asking for attention underneath it all.

This workshop offers a grounded starting point for exploring dreams with more curiosity, awareness, and emotional honesty.

Through reflection, conversation, and guided exploration, you’ll begin learning how dreams can support self-awareness, emotional empowerment, and a deeper relationship with yourself.

WHY DREAMWORK

Dreams often reveal emotional patterns, tensions, desires, fears, and unconscious dynamics that are difficult to fully access through thinking alone.

Jung believed dreams are not random. They are meaningful communications from the unconscious mind that can help us better understand ourselves, our relationships, our emotions, and the deeper patterns shaping our lives.

This workshop is designed as an approachable introduction to dreamwork for women who are curious about exploring dreams in a grounded, reflective, and meaningful way.

You do not need previous experience with Jungian psychology or dream interpretation to attend.
