wild new way Women’s Collective
Monthly Guest Speaker
Anne Bartlett
Many women long for deeper connection but still find themselves guarded, disconnected, overthinking interactions, or unsure how to fully trust themselves and others.
This experiential gathering invites you into a grounded exploration of trust, support, and connection through guided movement and reflective discussion.
Through safe, play-like movement experiences, individual reflection, partner exploration, and group connection, Anne Bartlett will guide women into a deeper awareness of how we relate, respond, listen, and connect both verbally and nonverbally.
No prior movement experience is needed, only a willingness to show up with curiosity and openness.

Explore how trust and support are experienced not just mentally, but physically and relationally.
Move beyond overthinking.
