Green Lights: Move Before You’re Ready

What if the moments you’ve been waiting for aren’t loud, but quiet signals asking you to move?

In this session, Lorisha Ionno shares the origin story of The Durango Collective through the lens of “green lights”, those intuitive moments that signal opportunity before certainty arrives.

Participants will learn how to recognize these signals, overcome hesitation, and take aligned action using a simple, practical framework designed to move ideas into motion.

Learn how to notice the subtle inner cues that point you toward growth and opportunity.

Move through hesitation.
